Writer Melanie Saxton reports about a recent mission trip undertaken by local Katyites. Members of Creekside Community Church and Kingsland Baptist, including seven teens, traveled to Bulembu, Swaziland to serve AIDS orphans. Swaziland has zero population growth due to the plague of AIDS, and the community of Bulembu has been built to bring food, shelter, clothing and education to the children. The Bulembu is a Christian organization serving Jesus Christ.
